  11. This is an unregistered evaluation copy of 
  12. Fractal Dreams which may be used for 30-days' 
  13. evaluation only. For details of the usage 
  14. agreement, please scroll down. By using this 
  15. software you agree to its terms and conditions.

  17. After 30 days, this copy will expire and you 
  18. may not continue to use it. To enforce this, 
  19. various features will be disabled or slowed 
  20. down. Note that although the program states 
  21. 'Registered version is 10 times faster', this 
  22. figure is obtained by the fact that all pixels 
  23. are rendered 10 times in an expired unregistered 
  24. copy, and does not necessarily lead to an 
  25. expired unregistered copy being exactly 10 
  26. times slower, particularly in the case of 
  27. Julia-fractals.

  42. as the files AAPLAY.DLL, AAWIN.EXE and AAWIN.HLP) is

  44. to be considered part of the Fractal Dreams package and 
  45. is merely included for your convenience. The distribution 
  46. of these three files is not limited by the restrictions 
  47. defined below. See the Autodesk Animation Player files 
  48. for copying and distribution restrictions on these three 
  49. files.

  77. the Fractal Dreams package. You use it entirely at your own 
  78. risk and on the condition that you have accepted all these 
  79. conditions. The author will not be held responsible for any

  82. downtime, injury, loss of profits or reputation).

  91. UNREGISTERED VERSION

  93. The unregistered version of the Fractal Dreams package may

  97. condition that these conditions be imposed on other parties 
  98. to which you subsequently distribute the unregistered package.

  101. (30) days only, for the purpose of evaluating the package. 
  102. Under no circumstances is a person granted the right the use 
  103. the unregistered version of the package outside the evaluation 
  104. period. This evaluation period begins the first time an 
  105. individual installs the unregistered package and ends exactly 
  106. 30 days later, regardless of the amount of time spent using it 
  107. during the evaluation period.
